NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

ONENESS ALLIANCE SACRED SPIRITUAL CONTRACT & NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Sacred Spiritual Contract and Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Oneness Alliance, a private, unincorporated, nonprofit spiritual ministry operating as a 508(c)(1)(a) Private Membership Association ("the Organization"), and (Recipient's First Name)

 ("the Recipient"), collectively referred to as "the Parties."

By signing this Agreement, the Recipient acknowledges entry into a sacred spiritual covenant to protect, respect, and apply proprietary knowledge solely for benevolent and humanitarian purposes, as outlined below.

The proprietary spiritual materials and teachings referenced herein, including but not limited to the "Faith Leadership Path," are confidential, sacred, and integral to the mission of Oneness Alliance.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Agreement governs the terms under which the Recipient receives access to the Faith Leadership Path: spiritual, legal, and organizational guidance for forming and operating a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based ministry or organization.

The Recipient agrees to:

• Treat all materials with reverence, confidentiality, and integrity.

• Use the information exclusively within the private domain of Oneness Alliance and with select advisors directly supporting the Recipient’s ministry.

• Apply the knowledge only in alignment with non-commercial, humanitarian, and spiritual purposes.

2. Nature of Knowledge and Obligations 2.1 Sacred Commitment

The Recipient acknowledges that the information is spiritually significant and agrees to use it ethically, with humility and prayerful discernment.

2.2 Confidentiality

The Recipient agrees:

• Not to reproduce, disclose, or disseminate any part of the materials without express written permission from the Organization.

• To safeguard the knowledge as sacred intellectual and spiritual property.

3. Ethical Conduct and Intentions The Recipient affirms:

• Use will be benevolent, not exploitative.

• Actions will align with principles of compassion, integrity, and nonviolence.

• The purpose of use is to serve the greater good and spiritual evolution of humanity.

4. Jurisdiction and Governance

This Agreement is governed within the private domain of Oneness Alliance, in alignment with natural law, private contract law, and the Association’s internal processes. Any dispute shall be resolved in private by designated spiritual stewards.

5. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

All Faith Leadership Path materials remain the intellectual and spiritual property of Oneness Alliance. The Recipient may:

• Use them for personal formation and development of their own 508 ministry.

• Not share, teach, or repurpose the content for any public or commercial use without written permission.

6. Non-Circumvention and Non-Competition

• The Recipient agrees not to replicate or commercialize the material.

• The Recipient shall not establish or assist in launching a training platform in direct competition with the Organization.

• Exceptions: Use within one's own ministry is permitted as long as it does not copy or repackage the Organization’s work.

7. Acknowledgment of Commitment By signing, the Recipient affirms:

• Understanding and acceptance of the sacred and legal terms.

• That this is a private, spiritual, and contractual agreement.

• Willingness to be held accountable in love, integrity, and honor.
